This website is operated by T-Anchor in its capacity as issuer of the Tether-A Tokens under the Ley de Emisión de Activos Digitales of El Salvador. The website makes available the Relevant Information Document (“RID”) and other materials related to the issuance, which together constitute the formal basis on which Tether-A Tokens are offered to eligible investors.

The acquisition of Tether-A Tokens does not take place through this website. Purchases may only be made through authorized Digital Asset Service Providers operating in compliance with applicable law. Access to this website does not, by itself, constitute eligibility to participate in the offering or create any right to acquire Tether-A Tokens.

Any acquisition of Tether-A Tokens is subject to the terms and conditions set out in the RID and to all applicable legal and compliance requirements, including investor eligibility verification and whitelisting procedures.
