("T-Anchor", "we", "us", or "our") and the Tether-A digital asset tokens ("Tether-A Tokens") issued under the laws of El Salvador. T-Anchor is incorporated in El Salvador and operates under the Ley de Emisión de Activos Digitales. The issuance of Tether-A Tokens has been reviewed by a duly authorized certifier registered before the Comisión Nacional de Activos Digitales (“CNAD”). That review and certification do not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or recommendation by the CNAD, the certifier, or any other authority regarding T-Anchor, the Tether-A Tokens, or the underlying economic rights they represent.

The information on this website and the Tether-A Tokens is directed exclusively at persons eligible to participate in the issuance under applicable law. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a recommendation to acquire Tether-A Tokens in any jurisdiction where such activity would be unlawful.

Without limitation, Tether-A Tokens may not be offered, sold, or otherwise made available — directly or indirectly — to:

1. Any person or entity located, incorporated, or resident in a jurisdiction where the offer of Tether-A Tokens would be considered unlawful or that would require a prior registration;
2. Any person or entity located, incorporated, or resident in a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive economic or financial sanctions;
3. Any person or entity listed on sanctions lists administered by OFAC, the United Nations, the European Union, or other applicable authorities; or
4. Any person or entity in jurisdictions identified by the FATF as high-risk or subject to increased monitoring.

T-Anchor reserves the right to restrict or refuse access — including through geolocation controls and whitelisting — to any person or jurisdiction to ensure compliance with applicable law.
